Captain Mateen during the visit explained BGC’s desire to continue to support the development of the local maritime industry as part of the signed Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) agreement, in providing local institutions and other interested parties the opportunity to leverage on BGC’s advanced simulator training facilities. Furthermore, BGC believes that through such collaboration, BGC as the leading industry player can extend its simulator training services to other institutions such as the Brunei Maritime Academy (BMA), to work together and build the right ecosystem for the development of new and existing seafarers.

We wish to thank all parties for making the working visit to BGC and we look forward to a successful partnership.
