Safety Circle 2026

Brunei Gas Carriers Sdn Bhd (BGC) launched its first Safety Circle for 2026 as part of our ongoing Learning & Development initiatives – marking an important step in strengthening our commitment to a safer workplace. The session, facilitated by Captain Hj Mohatarshah, BGC QHSSE Manager, focused on the principles of Human Performance—how we act, make decisions, and take proactive steps toward safety in our daily work. Through open conversations and real-life scenarios from onboard and workplace experiences, participants explored practical ways to embed safety into everyday actions.

More than just a learning session, this initiative reflects our dedication to fostering a learner’s mindset—staying curious, learning from experience, and continuously improving how we approach safety. Those who joined have taken a meaningful step forward, and this is only the beginning as we continue to build a culture where safety remains a shared responsibility and an ongoing conversation.
